Eat Five Star was created in 2008 by Ed as an event catering company focusing on creativity and a highly personal relationship with our clients. "We are a deeply committed, hand-picked team, who work together in an enthusiastic, fun-filled and dynamic environment to deliver events of which we can be proud". Ed oversees the business development of the company.
Katie joined the Eat Five Star team in 2013 to take over the role of Account Manager. As a true people’s person, she relishes the role of customer and client relations as well as supervising all the Eat Five Star staff. She also plays an integral role in the planning and execution of events and loves building personal contacts with Brides to be, venue owners and suppliers alike.
Paul has been sharing his knowledge and expertise with Eat Five Star since 2011. With over 25 years catering and hospitality experience, working with some of the UK's most well-known chefs, from award winning restaurants to international cake shows, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and flair to Eat Five Star and is passionate about sourcing quality local produce and crafting menus of innovative and imaginative flavours.
Jo, joined Eat Five Star in 2015 and carries out a dual role in Office Manager and PA to Katie Watson. Jo has years of hospitality experience and brings a wealth of knowledge which our clients appreciate her can do attitude and creativity. Jo also helps oversee a team of 40 front of house staff ensuring all systems and processes are in place for each event.
