As a new bespoke catering company our aim is simple. Good service, good food, happy customers. All our food is made to order, ensuring 100% freshness and taste.

behind eat5star

Set up by Ed May – Ed first started working in the catering business in 2000. He has travelled and worked from North America to the French Alps working in the World’s best resorts and hotels, with one being voted best in the world for food. With this inspiration Ed always had one aim. The aim was to carry his experience and knowledge of 5star food to everyday working people, who didn’t have the time to go to a restaurant or resort to obtain it.

“My recent life has been spent preparing and serving food to discerning customers. Customers who waste no time telling me if their food is not perfect; customers who could choose to eat anywhere they wished. From a Condé Nast choice of the year hotel in North America to fine food prepared in the most exclusive ski resort in France. I have been left with a desire to provide my customers in Bath with the same individual high quality food which I have grown accustomed to creating.”

Now back on home soil he wishes to emulate his experiences and offer the same service and standards that he was trained to do.
