With over 50 years of combined event management and catering experience Eat Five Star has flourished from its central Bath premises to working as exclusive caterers for some of the most unique and stunning locations in the South of England.

In particular we take pride in catering for three Royal functions during 2016, collaborating with and having the personal approval of the Duke and Duchess of Somerset at their Bradley House venue, partnering with The Holburne Museum and Luxury Cotswold Rentals as preferred caterer for some of their exclusive venues.

Eat Five Star was created in 2008 by Ed as an event catering company focusing on creativity and a highly personal relationship with our clients. "We are a deeply committed, hand-picked team, who work together in an enthusiastic, fun-filled and dynamic environment to deliver events of which we can be proud". Ed oversees the business development of the company.

Account Manager
Katie joined the Eat Five Star team in 2013 to take over the role of Account Manager. As a true people’s person, she relishes the role of customer and client relations as well as supervising all the Eat Five Star staff. She also plays an integral role in the planning and execution of events and loves building personal contacts with Brides to be, venue owners and suppliers alike.

Executive Chef
Paul has been sharing his knowledge and expertise with Eat Five Star since 2011. With over 25 years catering and hospitality experience, working with some of the UK's most well-known chefs, from award winning restaurants to international cake shows, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and flair to Eat Five Star and is passionate about sourcing quality local produce and crafting menus of innovative and imaginative flavours.

Director, Queen baker
Marion has been with Eat Five Star since day one. She has been an influential figure in helping shape Eat Five Star through her culinary expertise and attention to detail. Marion plays a key role in overseeing the catering with Paul and bringing in fresh and exciting ideas for future events. Known for baking the best brownie in Bath you can also find Marion’s catering at The International Cake show alongside chef Paul Da Costa Greaves. When she is not working you can find Marion enjoying a little Tina Turner with her favourite Gin and Tonic!

Office Manager
Jo, joined Eat Five Star in 2015 and carries out a dual role in Office Manager and PA to Katie Watson. Jo has years of hospitality experience and brings a wealth of knowledge which our clients appreciate her can do attitude and creativity. Jo also helps oversee a team of 40 front of house staff ensuring all systems and processes are in place for each event.

Fi Walker

Hospitality Manager
We welcomed Fi in 2016 as Hospitality Manager to oversee our events and help develop our partnerships with venues. Fi joined our team after completing her International Hospitality Management degree and going on to complete a further graduate scheme within one of the countries most successful food and beverage companies. Fi will be able to offer you the perfect solution to your catering needs, and will be able to guide you through the process of planning your perfect event.
